* TATRY SUPER SKI reduced-price ski passes are valid for children and youth who are under 16 years of age (their 16th birthday is the first day when the discount is forfeited) and seniors who are over 65 years of age (their 65th birthday is the first day when the discount can be claimed), according to the price list available at www.tatrysuperski.pl. TATRY SUPER SKI reduced-price ski passes are issued upon presentation of a document that proves age and enables the identification of the authorised person, which is verified on the day the ski pass is purchased.  The beneficiary of the pass has the burden of proving that he or she meets the conditions for claiming the particular discount.  

** After 16:00 pass - a discounted hourly pass that entitles you to use the Ski Centre from 16:00 until the closing hours of each Ski Centre. 

*** "PASS + POOLS" Package Pass for swimming pool services for use exclusively in: Terma Bania ("Park Wodny Bania S.A.", address: ul. Środkowa 181, 34-405 Białka Tatrzańska), Aqua Park Zakopane (Aqua Park Zakopane, address: ul. Jagiellońska 31, 34-500 Zakopane), from 25.12.2021 to the end of the season.

Entrance to the pool is a service entitling you to use the pool for 3 hours:

• Package Pass 4 hours + pools - entitles you to use the pools once (1 x 3 hours),
• a 3 out of 5 days pass for 5 days + pools - entitles you to use the pools twice (2 x 3 hours),
• a 5 out of 7 days pass + pools - entitles you to use the pools twice (2 x 3 hours), where entry to the Pool is possible only at the following times and dates:
• Terma Bania from 25 December 2021 to 13 March 2022 from 09:00 to 11:00. Entering the Pool is not possible after 11.00 am. The Card allows to use the Swimming Pool for 3 hours, e.g. entering the Swimming Pool at 10.00 am allows the use of the Swimming Pool until 1.00 pm. The entitlement may be claimed from the date of purchase until 30 April 2022.
• Terma Bania after 13 March 2022 during the Pool operating hours. The entitlement may be claimed from the date of purchase until 30 April 2022.
• Aqua Park Zakopane throughout the season during the operation hours of the Pool.

  The entitlement may be exercised from the date of purchase until 30 April 2022.

The Package Pass is not sold for: group tickets / ONLINE tickets / adult with child tickets / senior tickets over 75 years of age / discounted tickets.

Package Pass 4 hours + pools, Package Pass 3 of 5 days and 5 of 7 days plus pools not available in resorts / PKL Palenica / Bacheldka Ski & Sun / Meander Thermal & Ski Resort / Strachan Ski Centrum. Package Pass 4 hours + pools, skiing is not valid in Slovak resorts.

Sale of "PASS + POOL" package passes will be conducted during the period when ski and swimming pool services are available due to current legal regulations. Detailed information is available in the terms and conditions on the website www.tatrysuperski.pl

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The deposit for the card is PLN 10.
• The time ticket is valid for 1 person.
• TATRY SUPER SKI tickets can be purchased exclusively at the Ski Centre cash desks, vending machines, authorised points of sale and on the website www.tatrysuperski.pl. 
• The TATRY SUPER SKI Pass in Poland is valid on the following lifts: BIAŁKA TATRZAŃSKA: Bania Ski & Fun, Kaniówka, Kotelnica Białczańska, Horników Wierch, BUKOWINA TATRZAŃSKA: Rusiń-Ski, KLUSZKOWCE: Czorsztyn-Ski, CZARNA GÓRA: GrapaSki, Koziniec, JURGÓW: Jurgów-Ski, SZCZAWNICA: PKL Palenica, ZAKOPANE: The Szymoszkowa Glade, Harenda Lifts, NOWY TARG: Długa Polana, SUCHE: Ski-Suche, WITÓW: Witów-Ski.
• The TATRY SUPER SKI Pass in Slovakia is valid on the following lifts: BACHLEDOVA DOLINA: Bachledka Ski & Sun, ORAVICE: Meander Thermal & Ski Resort, ŽDIAR: Strachan Ski Centrum.
• TATRY SUPER SKI ticket in PLN currency (PLN) can be purchased only in Polish ski resorts and ONLINE.
• TATRY SUPER SKI pass in EUR currency (€) can be purchased only in Slovak ski resorts.
• Use of the TATRY SUPER SKI pass by an unauthorised person (e.g. a person who is not entitled to a discount) may result in blocking of the ski pass entitlement.
• The Local Card cannot be used for exercising rights resulting from the TATRY SUPER SKI Card.
• The price list does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code.

PRICE REDUCTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

• * TATRY SUPER SKI reduced-price ski passes are valid for children and youth who are under 16 years of age (their 16th birthday is the first day when the discount is forfeited) and seniors who are over 65 years of age (their 65th birthday is the first day when the discount can be claimed), according to the price list available at www.tatrysuperski.pl.
• Reduced-price TATRY SUPER SKI passes are issued on production of a document confirming the age and allowing to identify the entitled person. The beneficiary of the pass has the burden of proving that he or she meets the conditions for claiming the particular discount.
• A "CWA" (Child with Adult) pass is an inseparable package of the same Entitlements, comprising two passes, one of which is for the adult caring for the child and the other for that child (rule: one carer - one child). The price of this package includes the price of the Normal Pass plus PLN 10 for each day covered by this Pass. Upon reaching the age of 5 (the 5th birthday is the first day of loss of the discount), the child is no longer entitled to use the "CWA" pass.
• Seniors over 75 years of age on the basis of a valid identification document can purchase a TATRY SUPER SKI day pass for PLN 5 for each day covered by the pass.
• Groups from 20 people have a 10% discount on the purchase of TATRY SUPER SKI passes. When purchasing Passes with a group discount: one out of 21 persons receives a day Pass for PLN 10 for each day covered by such a Pass and the remaining persons receive a 10% discount on the list price. The group shall elect from among themselves a group leader, i.e. a person who represents all the members of the group on an exclusive basis. Only the group leader is entitled to make declarations of will for the purchase of group passes or their possible return. 
• After 16:00 pass - a discounted hourly pass that entitles you to use the Ski Centre from 16:00 until the closing hours of each Ski Centre. 
• The determination of the age necessary to obtain the discount shall be made in accordance with the rule provided for in Article 112, second sentence, of the Civil Code.
• Ski Passes for Seniors, CWA and Group Ski Passes mentioned above can be purchased only at the ticket offices of each member Ski Resort.
• The rules of periodical discounts and promotions are available on the website: www.tatrysuperski.pl, as well as at the ticket offices of the Ski Resorts. Using the TATRY SUPER SKI Pass by an ineligible person (e.g. by a person who is not entitled to a discount) may result in blocking the eligibility. For the avoidance of doubt, a Local Pass cannot be used to exercise the eligibilities arising from the TATRY SUPER SKI Pass.
